Adelaide - The city that comes alive at night! We spent a few days here exploring the city (a mixture of old Victorian and modern buildings) and hit the jackpot the night before we left. On a busy Friday night, we found an Italian restaurant who managed to seat 7 of us on their crowded patio and we were serenaded by a local musician, James Hickey (https://jameshickey.com.au/). Next, we went in search of the best ice cream in town and landed at St Louis House of Fine Ice Cream and Dessert and it was all it was hyped up to be. As we wandered our way home, we ran across a street festival with a live band included...A perfect night!
