As we drove down the Great Ocean Road along the southern coast of Australia, we passed by spectacular beaches and breath-taking views, including the famous Twelve Apostles (of which there are only 8 rock formations left). Hidden coves, pristine white beaches and deep blue ocean waters lapping along the shoreline - It was hard to leave all that behind as we headed for Uluru and the desert of central Australia.
