Casablanca appears to be going through a sea of change, with massive public improvement construction projects happening around the entire city - From hundreds of waterfront acres which are being turned into parks, recreation fields, a boardwalk and shopping center to a new downtown cultural center, there are cranes and construction workers dotting the city in every direction.
