No matter how many times I see penguins in the wild (Lindsey, remember Antarctica and all those penguins??), I never get sick of their teeter-tottering walk or their funny little flippers. This time I had the privilege of watching fairy penguins, (or better known as little blue penguins), on an evening tour in a coastal town called Bicheno in Tasmania. We watched them walk precariously up dirt paths from the beach to their little huts to feed their young or catch some zzz's after catching food all day. (Photos courtesy of the penguin tour as we weren't allowed to bring cameras with us to protect the penguins' eyes from flashes, which blind them)
