We experienced our first "ferry" ride on our way from Mandalay to Mingun and floated our way to more pagodas. Unfortunately, most of the places we have visited (or passed by) in Myanmar are covered with trash along the roadside. And if it's not piled up, they burn it, which leaves a hazy, white smoke in the air. It's such a shame as it's a beautiful country...
