Tasmania Wildlife

Over the past week, as our tour group explored all over Tasmania, we were lucky to spot wildlife on nearly every hike we took.  And then on Day Four, we visited Trowunna Wildlife Sanctuary which is an educational and rehabilitation center trying to increase certain species in Australia, such as the Tasmanian Devil, the Quoll and Wombats.  Australians drop off animals that have been hit by cars or affected by wildfires and they try to nurse them back to health and back into the wild.
